What is ultimate?
Ultimate is a team sport that is played with a frisbee. Throwing a frisbee is both fun and challenging, and it makes the game dynamic. You can be a newbie or a veteran in ultimate, you can join us anytime!
Everyone is welcome with us! We train, play and compete in mixed ultimate, that means we have male- and female-matching players on the field at the same time.
What's an ERHe?
ERHe is an abbreviation that is difficult to pronounce if you don’t speak Finnish. Try it out for yourself: Espoon Rennot Heittelijät.
We are mostly 20-40-year-olds Finns and expats. Our trainings and events are spoken in English. Some have played ultimate for years, some started with us. A welcoming and positive atmosphere is one of our core values and we hope that you share the same value!
Sold! How can I join?
ERHe plays ultimate around the year. From May to September you can find us outdoors and the rest of the year indoors.
In the summer, our trainings are located in Tapiola region, near Aalto University’s Otaniemi campus. Indoor training changes yearly.

We came together as a team, reunited old players, welcomed new ones, and fought together against some of the best teams in the world. Through every win, loss, challenge, laugh, and late-night moment, we are more than a team — we are a family.
A huge thank you to every player, coach, team member, and everyone who supported us — from Finland and from all around the world. You were all part of our journey to WUCC 2026. ❤️
