What is ultimate?
Ultimate is a team sport that is played with a frisbee. Throwing a frisbee is both fun and challenging, and it makes the game dynamic. You can be a newbie or a veteran in ultimate, you can join us anytime!
Everyone is welcome with us! We train, play and compete in mixed ultimate, that means we have male- and female-matching players on the field at the same time.
What's an ERHe?
ERHe is an abbreviation that is difficult to pronounce if you don’t speak Finnish. Try it out for yourself: Espoon Rennot Heittelijät.
We are mostly 20-40-year-olds Finns and expats. Our trainings and events are spoken in English. Some have played ultimate for years, some started with us. A welcoming and positive atmosphere is one of our core values and we hope that you share the same value!
Sold! How can I join?
ERHe plays ultimate around the year. From May to September you can find us outdoors and the rest of the year indoors.
In the summer, our trainings are located in Tapiola region, near Aalto University’s Otaniemi campus. Indoor training changes yearly.

This weekend, ERHe traveled to Pori for Open Tour 3—and we brought the energy with us! Fueled by the sunshine and team spirit, we battled hard and got 3rd place in our division! Last weekend, on International Women’s Day, ERHe Women’s team competed in Women’s Division Tour 3! Tampere Winter Tournament: ✅ 4th place secured❄️☃️🥏Great weekend of good games, great throws, and ERHe energy. 💙💛 Huge love to everyone who joined—wouldn’t be the same without this amazing crew!

ERHE teams in the Mixed Nationals tour 2.
ERHe 1 was on 🔥fire🔥 and managed to win their way into the tour final where they faced @sakunshakkinappulat . After an intense match, unfortunately for us, SaSha managed to grab the universe point and win the tour. Congrats!
After tour 2, ERHe 1 has secured enough tour points to qualify for the national finals that will be played in March!💙⚫️🔥
ERHe 2 had an unfortunate start to the tour when some players had to drop out last minute. With a tight roster and a will to fight, the remaining few bravely headed into the games anyway.
Tournament highlights for ERHe 2 was improving team play, managing to take down some zone defences and having fun despite our 3 women not getting many breathers in the games. Also: Not one, but TWO Callahan goals for our superhero @jojo_batis 🔥🔥🔥

🥏 Error 404: Perfection Not Found, Fun Achieved! 🥏
This weekend, Error on Erhe traveled all the way to Oulu for Open Tournament Tour 2, and while our plays may not have been flawless, the fun and intensity were absolutely off the charts! 💥
Big thanks to all the teams we played against – you kept us on our toes and made every game an exciting challenge. 🙌 And to our fantastic players who made the long trip north: your effort, energy, and endless team spirit made it all worth it!
