What is ultimate?
Ultimate is a team sport that is played with a frisbee. Throwing a frisbee is both fun and challenging, and it makes the game dynamic. You can be a newbie or a veteran in ultimate, you can join us anytime!
Everyone is welcome with us! We train, play and compete in mixed ultimate, that means we have male- and female-matching players on the field at the same time.
What's an ERHe?
ERHe is an abbreviation that is difficult to pronounce if you don’t speak Finnish. Try it out for yourself: Espoon Rennot Heittelijät.
We are mostly 20-40-year-olds Finns and expats. Our trainings and events are spoken in English. Some have played ultimate for years, some started with us. A welcoming and positive atmosphere is one of our core values and we hope that you share the same value!
Sold! How can I join?
ERHe plays ultimate around the year. From May to September you can find us outdoors and the rest of the year indoors.
In the summer, our trainings are located in Tapiola region, near Aalto University’s Otaniemi campus. Indoor training changes yearly.

Amount of people who said they are hopeless at frisbee but came anyway - and stayed!
Your defender should run because of your SKILLS, not your SMELL. 😭🥏💀
We love Ultimate, but we do NOT love a pickled training jersey. 🥒🚫
So spill the tea ☕️👇
How do YOU keep your team training shirt clean and fresh? 🧼✨

WUCC 2026 HAS COME TO AN END. 💙🥏🌍
From Day 0, we knew this was going to be an unforgettable adventure.
We came together as a team, reunited old players, welcomed new ones, and fought together against some of the best teams in the world. Through every win, loss, challenge, laugh, and late-night moment, we are more than a team — we are a family.
A huge thank you to every player, coach, team member, and everyone who supported us — from Finland and from all around the world. You were all part of our journey to WUCC 2026. ❤️
Now the tournament is over, but the memories we’ve made will stay with us forever.
An unforgettable chapter in our hearts.
This isn’t the end.
There’s more to come. 💙🥏

🏠 ERHe is coming home! 🇫🇮🥏
After an epic journey through WUCC 2026, ERHe returns from the World Ultimate Club Championships @wfdf.wucc in Limerick with an impressive 28th place in the world! 🌍🔥
But apparently, making it home is proving slightly more difficult… 😂
✅ Crossed the world stage
✅ Battled the best clubs on the planet
✅ Finished 28th in the world
❌ Still hasn’t completed Task 2: The Axes 🪓
Huge congratulations to the whole ERHe crew — what a journey! 💙Not bad for a team that yet completed the odyssey challenge. 😎

If I don’t play Ultimate Frisbee… can I become a professional boxer-machine player and compete in a real league? 🥊😂
YES. At ERHe, anything is possible. 🔥
Check out our WUCC 2026 Team Boxer League — where the competition is fierce, the punches are questionable, and the scores are taken very seriously. 😁💪💥
Ultimate on the field.
Boxer off the field. 😎

Bad game? Frustrated? Need to let some emotions out?
TEAM BONDING, ERHE STYLE 🌯💥
Because nothing brings a team together quite like watching your teammates get slapped with a tortilla until they lose it laughing.😌
Sometimes all you need is a tortilla, a little chaos, and your teammates. 💙🥏
