What is ultimate?
Ultimate is a team sport that is played with a frisbee. Throwing a frisbee is both fun and challenging, and it makes the game dynamic. You can be a newbie or a veteran in ultimate, you can join us anytime!
Everyone is welcome with us! We train, play and compete in mixed ultimate, that means we have male- and female-matching players on the field at the same time.
What's an ERHe?
ERHe is an abbreviation that is difficult to pronounce if you don’t speak Finnish. Try it out for yourself: Espoon Rennot Heittelijät.
We are mostly 20-40-year-olds Finns and expats. Our trainings and events are spoken in English. Some have played ultimate for years, some started with us. A welcoming and positive atmosphere is one of our core values and we hope that you share the same value!
Sold! How can I join?
ERHe plays ultimate around the year. From May to September you can find us outdoors and the rest of the year indoors.
In the summer, our trainings are located in Tapiola region, near Aalto University’s Otaniemi campus. Indoor training changes yearly.

🏁🏁🏁 SM Tour 2: Fast & Furious – The Jyväskylä Drift
The sequel headed to Jyväskylä last weekend as ERHe Fast and ERHe Furious hit the courts for round two! It was "2 Fast 2 ERHe" energy from start to finish—navigating tough matchups, finding our rhythm, and most importantly having fun. Whether we were grinding out points or catching vibes on the sideline, the focus was on team spirit and enjoying the game!

Today we headed to Tampere for the winter tournament, ❄️ 🚙 and what a fun day it was! Great vibes, lots of smiles, and a chance to get our players together on the field in a relaxed and joyful tournament format 💙🥏
