What is ultimate?
Ultimate is a team sport that is played with a frisbee. Throwing a frisbee is both fun and challenging, and it makes the game dynamic. You can be a newbie or a veteran in ultimate, you can join us anytime!
Everyone is welcome with us! We train, play and compete in mixed ultimate, that means we have male- and female-matching players on the field at the same time.
What's an ERHe?
ERHe is an abbreviation that is difficult to pronounce if you don’t speak Finnish. Try it out for yourself: Espoon Rennot Heittelijät.
We are mostly 20-40-year-olds Finns and expats. Our trainings and events are spoken in English. Some have played ultimate for years, some started with us. A welcoming and positive atmosphere is one of our core values and we hope that you share the same value!
Sold! How can I join?
ERHe plays ultimate around the year. From May to September you can find us outdoors and the rest of the year indoors.
In the summer, our trainings are located in Tapiola region, near Aalto University’s Otaniemi campus. Indoor training changes yearly.

Over the past two weekends, we were thrilled to compete in the Open Tour 1 and Women’s Tour 1— open tour on December 7th and then women’s tour this weekend.
We may not have won a lot, but we had an amazing time playing ultimate frisbee! 🥏💥 Each match was a chance to learn, connect, and grow as a team. 💪💃🏼🕺

ERHe played in harrasteturnaus with 3 teams!
ERHe women had a good-sized roster of both experienced and new players. New players really stepped up and everyone had a great time. All the games were hard-fought and the heat definitely didn't make it easy. The women faced @viimaultimate @vaasasaintsStadin Pirkotwomen securing 2 wins and 1 loss and finishing 2nd in the women's division. Thank you for the fun games!🔥
ERHe had 2 open teams in the tournament. The ERHe teams faced each other in the first game of the tournament. The exciting match went all the way to universe point with ERHe 1 emerging as the victor.
After 3 hard-fought games ERHe 1 finished 4th and ERHe 2 3rd in the open division. Thanks for the games @otsoultimate and Ihku-LoHi! 🔥
Mixed National Tour 1 was a historical success for ERHe. We won 4 out of the 5 games played and lost the last one with only 2 points. Every point mattered, and hard work paid off as the point difference among the top 3 teams (no one stayed undefeated) means that ERHe is THE WINNER OF TOUR 1💪🏆
This is obviously not enough for us, and we will come back for more on tour 2!
